You can book your appointment in person or online. After you book your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation for your appointment along with a welcome guide and contract. The welcome guide will contain all the information you need to prepare for your appointment, as an outfit and clothing suggestions. If you have any additional questions, you can always call one of our studios.
The Consultation
1-2 days prior to your session, we will contact you for a pre-session consultation. During that time, we will discuss what important photos and groupings you are looking for, what your preferences are for style and backgrounds, and learn more about you and your family. Also, you have an option to photography indoor, outdoor or in a studio.
Your Session
You arrive at the location on the day of your session 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. From there, relax and have fun.
After Your Session
Within one week from your session, you will receive an online viewing gallery to view your photos. The viewing gallery is intended to give you a preview of your photos and assist in your selection.
Reviewing and Purchasing Your Photos
Where possible, we strongly encourage clients to make an appointment with us to review and select their photos. We book one-hour appointments Wednesday through Sunday, and we will always do our best to accommodate your time contractions.
If you are not available to come in and meet with your photographer, we will gladly arrange a time to speak by phone, or you can email us your selected photos and sizes and you can place your order by email.
