About me:

Welcome to Nelly.O Studio! My name is Nelly. I am a portrait and family photographer based in Melbourne, Australia with over 10 years of experience.
As a painter from a very young age, I had always accepted that painting was the only artistic talent I would ever excel at. However, the day I picked up a camera for the first time it was as if I had found something that had always been missing from my life. It changed the way I saw the world in the most beautiful way. It was my new way of painting with light. The way the light falls, smiles and laughter on innocent faces, the different shades of greens of trees and grass. I am now so honored to be able to share my love and interest with others.

What To Wear For Session Guide

I have a fully equipped studio in Templestowe, ideal for newborns and toddlers, offering a comfortable and controlled environment for their session. I also have several beautiful outdoor locations in the Eastern Suburbs that I love to use. Whether you prefer water settings or bush landscapes, I can guide you to the perfect location for your photoshoot.

Let's face it, while Melbourne might be the best city in the world and we love it to bits, sometimes the weather can be….unpredictable, to say the least. If the weather is not playing nice for your session date, I will be more than happy to reschedule for a mutually agreeable time. Please note that as I take limited sessions per month.

You’ve made your investment, and are so close to having stunning artwork featuring your family to adorn your walls. But what should you all wear? No need to stress, as I will go through this with you, providing feedback on outfit choices, as well as suggestions to ensure your family images are timeless, stunning, cohesive and YOU.
